Through the Transfer Flight Plan, qualifying students at participating community colleges receive guaranteed admission to FPU, personalized transfer support and access to scholarships that can help make earning a bachelor’s degree more affordable.
You’ve already put in the work. The Transfer Flight Plan helps you build on that progress, make your credits count and move confidently toward your bachelor’s degree.
The Transfer Flight Plan creates a clear pathway from participating community colleges to 91¿´Æ¬.
Qualifying students receive guaranteed admission to FPU when they:
- Complete at least 24 transferable units
- Maintain a minimum 2.4 GPA
- Complete the FPU admissions application
- Submit required transcripts by posted deadlines
Admission to certain majors, including Nursing and Social Work, requires an additional application and program-specific criteria.

FPU admissions and financial aid staff work directly with participating community colleges to provide:
- Transfer advising

You’ll have opportunities to connect with FPU before you transfer so you can better understand your next steps and what to expect as an FPU student.

Eligible students in FPU’s traditional undergraduate program may receive:

The partnership between 91¿´Æ¬ and Clovis Community College (Clovis, CA) provides students with a clear, supported pathway to a bachelor’s degree through the Transfer Flight Plan.
Highlights include:
- Guaranteed admission for students who complete at least 24 transferable units with a minimum 2.4 GPA and meet FPU application requirements
- Transfer scholarships ranging from $6,000–$14,000 annually for eligible traditional undergraduate students, in addition to need-based aid
- FPU admissions and financial aid support at Clovis Community College at least twice a month, including transcript pre-evaluation and application assistance
- Joint application workshops, enrollment events and transfer fairs to help students navigate the transition to FPU
- Opportunities to engage with FPU through Transfer Days, Nursing Preview Days, virtual and program information events and campus life events
- Waived FPU application fee
